Shipping Location & Processing Time

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse and logistics center located in the United States to guarantee product quality.

Processing Time: Orders will be reviewed and arranged for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment (no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

To ensure fast delivery, we have established long-term and stable cooperation with many well-known U.S. logistics providers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Intelligent Logistics Allocation: Our system will automatically select the best delivery channel based on your shipping address, package weight, and current logistics conditions.

Standard Delivery Time: Usually 3–5 business days.

Delivery Area: We deliver to all addresses across the U.S. Delivery may be slightly delayed for remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii) or during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Trackable Delivery: No matter which courier is ultimately used, you will receive a complete tracking number and tracking instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping (Orders Outside the U.S.)

Customs & Delivery Notes: International shipping times are affected by customs efficiency, local policies, and local delivery networks. In rare cases (such as customs inspections or extreme weather), delivery to some regions may be extended to 20 business days.

Full Tracking: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number to monitor your package’s status worldwide.

Tariff & Import Tax Policy

To simplify your shopping process, we provide delivered-duty-paid (DDP) service:

Taxes Prepaid: The total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable import duties and value-added taxes (VAT) for the destination country.

No Extra Fees: Upon delivery, you will not need to pay any additional customs-related fees to customs or the courier. If you are incorrectly charged by the courier, please contact our customer service promptly.

Order Tracking

We ensure full traceability for every order, so you can check the latest package status at any time.

Automatic Email Notifications: Once your order ships, the system will automatically send a confirmation email with a tracking number to your registered email.

Multi-Channel Tracking: You may click the tracking link in the email or enter the tracking number on the official website of the corresponding courier.

Sync Notice: There is usually a 24–48 hour delay for couriers to scan and update package information online. If no status appears immediately after receiving the number, please check again later.

In-Account Tracking: You may also log in to our official website and view real-time logistics progress in “Order History”.

Risk Notes

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Redelivery may incur extra fees if delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or similar reasons.

Damage & Loss: If your package is damaged during transit, or if logistics status has not updated for more than 10 days beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
